Major General Dr. Mohamed El-Zamlout, Governor of New Valley, along with Deputy Governor Hanan Magdy, inspected today, Sunday, the development works of Al-Kharga Hotel, affiliated with the General Office of the Governorate, which has been transformed into a new therapeutic resort (Pyramids Secret Resort) in Kharga City. This comes as part of the governorate’s efforts to promote therapeutic tourism and make use of the natural resources the governorate is rich in.
During his meeting with a delegation of investors and specialists in therapeutic tourism, the Governor affirmed that the governorate is keen on supporting serious investments and providing all necessary facilities to attract investors and achieve comprehensive development across various fields. He also discussed ways to expand support for the eco-tourism and medical tourism sectors by training qualified human resources.
It is worth mentioning that the development works included the renovation of 56 accommodation rooms, 20 chalets, the establishment of a medical center, and the introduction of a healthy nutrition system for the resort’s guests.
